To minimise waste and reduce our environmental impact, we do not accept returns/exchanges for size changes, change of mind, personal preference or incorrect purchases. Each return increases carbon emissions and packaging waste, so we encourage customers to review all product details carefully before ordering.

Undelivered Orders

If your order fails to deliver on the first attempt (as confirmed by the carrier), we’ll arrange a one-time complimentary reshipment. If the reshipment also fails, we will issue a full refund once the carrier confirms non-delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please monitor your tracking, ensure someone is available for delivery, or arrange a secure drop-off location.
